REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to registration fees, monthly dues, and donations made to ANBaseballConnect.
1. Registration Fees and Monthly Dues
Before the start of the season: If a written cancellation request is sent to anbaseballconnect@gmail.com at least 5 business days before the season start date, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, less administrative costs not exceeding 5% (transaction fees).
During the first week of activities: If cancellation is requested within the first 7 calendar days after the season start, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Monthly dues already paid will not be refunded.
After the first week: No refunds of registration fees or monthly dues will be made, except in cases of force majeure described below.
2. Injury or Illness
If a minor suffers an injury or illness that prevents continued participation for the remainder of the season, and a medical certificate is submitted within 15 days of the injury, the Company will grant a pro‑rata refund of the unearned fees, deducting expenses already incurred.
3. Donations
Donations made through the website or by any other means are voluntary and non‑refundable. In the event of a banking error or duplicate charge, notice must be given within 10 business days to anbaseballconnect@gmail.com for correction.
4. Procedure for Requesting Refunds
All requests must be sent to anbaseballconnect@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request,” stating the minor’s name, proof of payment, and reason. The Company will process the request within a maximum of 15 business days.
CODE OF CONDUCT AND SAFETY POLICY
ANBaseballConnect promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment both in its physical facilities and on its digital platforms. This code applies to players, parents, coaches, employees, and any person interacting with the Company.
1. Interaction Rules on the Website and Social Media
If the Company’s website or official social media allow comments or participation, users must:
Refrain from posting content containing offensive language, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or violence.
Not share personal information of others without their consent.
Maintain a respectful and constructive tone.
